About Me

When I was six, I saw the TV show Dogfights for the first time. That show had a huge impact on me. I spent the better part of two decades being an aircraft enthusiast, mostly focused on World War Two planes.

Over the last few years, I've put more emphasis into learning how to properly research and analyze these topics, and this is the result. With time, I also found myself more and more interested in Cold War era aircraft.

I graduated with a bachelor's degree in history, and have gone on to start grad school. I intend to find work in the DoD or with a contractor.

About This Site

There are many things that must be considered when creating a educational site or when writing articles. The most important is the purpose of it.

This is primarily a repository of my research work. Some of these pages are ripped from my Twitter threads, some are argumentative or analytical articles, and some are guide pages that exist to provide unbiased information.

The point of this website for the reader is to provide information and explanations for a number of topics in ways that are supported as much by fact and history as I can provide.

I work mainly with primary sources, and only occasionally work with secondary sources. My training in history has taught me the importance of primary source research and proper analysis of sources, and thus I find it far more effective for defense topics that are often muddied by myth and misunderstanding.
